Leadership of the heart

As WFWP, we believe true leadership is not about position or power, but about serving others and leading by example. Furthermore, women’s uniquely feminine traits of compassion, forgiveness, empathy, and collaboration are exactly what is needed to inspire a new paradigm of leadership: one based on practicing true love, that is, love that gives freely and unconditionally without expecting something in return. With more women who exemplify leadership based on heart in diplomacy, politics, the economy, law, culture, sports, the arts, education, and NGOs, we can transform our families, our communities, our nations, and the world.
